Eswau Huppeday 2004-2005 Events Issues

For reasons unknown to me, listings for the lodge events patches for 2004 and 2005 were not included in the most recent edition of Blue Book.
Let this be a friendly reminder: Please send me images of any unpictured issues — new or old — for inclusion online.
I know I am still missing scans of a few issues. What follows below is my best guess of what I think the Blue Book listings for this lodge’s recent event issues should be. Most of these patches are already on the site, or soon will be. As I get information and images for the missing issues, I will update this post and revise proposed catalogue numbers as warranted.
