Lodge 70: 2007 SR-7B Conclave Flap

The SR-7B (Eastern North Carolina) Conclave was this past weekend. All the lodges present except Wahissa had at least one new issue.

It’s customary for the lodges here to adopt themes for their delegations. Tsoiotsi Tsogalii lodge had a “James Bond” theme and was depicted on their flap. This was their only issue.
