Lodge 104: Conclave Delegate Flap Variety?

Occoneechee lodge had to place a second order for the 2007 SR-7B Conclave delegate flap. It was pointed out at the Conclave that the patches from each order are distinctly different. It was argued these should be listed as separate varieties.

Greg Grimes was not easily persuaded and provided a scan of both with an an explanation of the differences. Take a look at the scan and tell us what you think.

“Whatzit” Solved

The patch pictured here was a rather interesting one.  

The Silver Beaver is flanked by Scouter’s Training Award and Scoutmaster’s Key, above which are what appears to be Boy Scout and Cub Scout service stars.   Between the ribbon is written “WWW”, leading to the possibility this could be some sort of OA issue.

Greg Pioppi, of the Minsi Trails Council, was able to solve this puzzle.   He writes:
