STILL Not Done with 2006 NOAC Patches!

Owaneco 313 won the “ultimate” (frisbee) championship at both the 2004 and 2006 NOAC. In order to honor this ultimate achievement, the lodge has issued two two-part sets. One, described as having a “gold” border, recently sold on eBay:

Remember, in Blue Book parlance, “gold” doesn’t exist as a color except when followed by mylar. Looking at the image it would appear the border is dark yellow. The other set would have a white border. I don’t yet have images of these to use on my site. When I get images, they will be added.
The auction states these sets have not yet been issued to lodge members. The proceeds will go directly to the lodge.
Will we next see a flap for the “Southern Region Grand Hodag Lodge Chief Pizza Eating Contest”? 
Yes, there really was such a contest at the region gatherings at NOAC. Kudos to anyone who can tell me what lodge won this and who was standing in for their chief!
