A New “Whatzit” from Eastern North Carolina

“I have a neckerchief that is in Croatan Lodge’s collection. It came from a professional Scouter active in North Carolina from the 1930s-1950s, though obviously we are unsure the origin.”

Lodge 87: 2007 Dixie Fellowship Flap

Looking back towards “Brave Heart”, Bob White 87 adopted a ”Quail Heart” for the 2007 Dixie Fellowship.   I wonder how they got along with all those peace-loving folks from 188! ;)  The lodge had a minor bout of sanity, when compared to some other lodges these days, and issued only one flap.
