Patch of the Hour?

(Author’s note: I had originally written this post about a month ago, but had been waiting for the images of these items.     Since I seem unlikely to get them soon, I thought I’d post this without them.     If anyone can supply these images, please send them to me.   Thanks.)

Years ago, lodges that had repuations for issuing a large number of patches were called “Patch of the Month” lodges.     At the last couple of NOACs some lodges, Totanhan Nakaha for example, have taken to issuing a patch for  set for each day of the conference.  Now this has been taken to the inevitable next level.

Brothers of Alibamu 179 recently attended the SR-4N conclave.     At that event lodge 179 brothers were passing out items that have been described online as either composite or paper. Since these can be described  as paper, I’m not sure if Blue Book would consider these to be patches.     A set was listed in eBay shortly after conclave.
