Update: South Carolina Summer TOR
Posted in This is just a reminder for any collectors planning to attend this weekend’s 3rd Annual South Carolina Summer Trade-o-ree. I will be making the trip this year with my laptop and scanner. If you have any patches that are not yet on this site — whether they’re new or old issues — we can fix that problem. Bring them along so I can scan them.
I also am planning to bring my OA bullion collection with me to show off for those who may not have seen these before.
I’ll be travelling with David Scocca who tells me he’ll be bringing a bunch of Baltimore area material with him. I hear through the grapevine that it is also his birthday this weekend, so you might want to remember that and give him a good deal on his needs.
Roger Ward, now on his own with the Siesta Beach Trading Company, will also be there with several tables of his own. I believe he still has some great material from both the Dave Thomas and Conley Williams collections for sale.
I’m also lead to believe there are plenty of opportunities nearby for fellowship and adult refreshment for those who want to take a respite from their pursuits of cloth. I look forward to seeing some of you this weekend.
