At the TOR: Smile, You’re on Camera!

sctor1.jpgLive blogging at the SC TOR… There’s three open wifi connections here at the SC TOR, one of them strong enough that I can sit here in the TOR room and write this entry.  Some don’t realize they’re about to become “internet celebrities”.

The photo on the left was taken early in the evening during the dinner lull.  Most didn’t know that Chris Jensen was going to make a Domino’s run a little later on.  The crowd wasn’t bad with the big room allowing lots of space for folks to mill around and socialize.   The room was refrigerated to “icy cold”, at least to me.   Since it was in the low 90s here today, that’s good.

sctor2.jpgDave Scocca was here working his table.   He left the “Box O’Baltimore” at home, but brought a bunch of council activity patches instead.

sctor3.jpgRoger Ward seemed especially happy that I returned his book of Florida stuff after scanning what I needed for this site.   It was either that, or he just closed some big deal for pennies on the dollar. ;)

sctor4.jpgI managed to catch Jason Spangler (the Santee Swapper) at a distance (which explains teh dark photo) working the folks at his table.   I couldn’t see any Santee lodge material, but that doesn’t mean a great trade wasn’t in the works there! ;)
If I get a chcance, I may try to add more photos later tonight or tomorrow.
