Lodge 459: New “CCH” Neckerchief

Posted in Catawba 459, SR-5 Lodges by John E. Pannell on July 2nd, 2007 at 12:36 am

One new issue from the Carolinas was spotted at the South Carolina  TOR this past weekend.   Catawba lodge has issued a new neckerchief as a fundraiser for the Catawba Club House.

100 of the neckerchief were made.   The purpose of this neckerchief is alluded to by the addition of “CCH” in grey  on the hornet’s nest.

The neckerchief follows a very traditional design scheme.     The totem and lodge name are directly embroidered onto the green neckerchief.     Note the absence of the lodge’s historical number, 459.   Blue Book information for this new piece should be as follows:

Issue Bdr Color/Type Bkgd Name fdl/BSA Comments
N3? DYL P GRN DYL GRY fdl; GRY CCH; Catawba Club House fundraiser
