Lodge 270: New Spartan Chapter Patch

Janelle Jensen listed a Spartan Chapter piece from Skyuka lodge on eBay recently. It is not yet in Blue Book. As far as I know it’s a new issue.
The patch is in the shape of the state of South Carolina. Both the double-headed thunderbird and a palmetto tree figure prominently into the design.
"If you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a small chance of survival.
