Lodge 270: 1973 Union Chapter Patch

Brad Hutto also sent this to me last week. Even though it says “Union District” it is believed that this is was issued by Union chapter for the district’s Spring camporee. The inclusion of the “WWW” in the design would lead us towards believing this is a lodge or chapter issue, but in my opinion is not conclusive proof.
Can any South Carolina collectors out there challenge or confirm Brad’s assertion? What do you all think about this?
If we accept this is a Union chapter piece, the Blue Book listing should read as follows:
