That Time of Year Again

It’s that time of year again.
Forget about the World Series! Today’s USA Today has published the ESPN / USA-Today Coaches Poll for men’s basketball (not yet online as I type this). Guess who’s number one.
For those who don’t know me, the clueless and dookies (but I’m being redundant there!) … and the Nifong family… I’ll give you a hint. The article is accompanied by not one… not two… but three photos of Tyler Hansbrough. It looks like he’s been spending the off-season pushing the coaches’ vehicles around the parking lot again. 
I expect this to be Hansbrough’s last year in Chapel Hill, especially if the team ends the season at number one.
Now for some light entertainment: Did you know Hansbrough also plays a mean game of “Texas-style ping-pong“?
Oh… and UCLA, Memphis, Kansas, and Georgetown round out the top 5. “Dook” is number 11.
Do they give out trophies for being the pre-season number one team?

Ah… but I hear the good liberals that run the university in Chapel Hill might demand you all give that championship trophy back, just to be “fair”. Maybe they’ll realize that since UNC already has five championships, they can let you all keep your two.
