UNC 99 — Old Dominion 82

It was a late night for the Tarheels last night as they took on Old Dominion in Las Vegas and won.
The first half had Carolina fans on the edge of their seats. Carolina poured it on strong in the second half and never looked back.
And in football news: Carolina beat “dook” in overtime. Even when both teams are having a bad year, never underestimate the importance of beating Duke. It’s saved the job of at least one UNC coach in recent years.
UNC advances to the final of the Las Vegas Invitational. They face BYU tonight.
