Another “Whatzit” Solved

For those who don’t already know, I maintain a small “Whatzit” page on this site at http://www.oaimages.com/whatzit.shtml.
Rich Nicoloff recently wrote me about one of the items that was there. According to him the patch pictured here, and formerly on the whatzit page, is a Royal Rangers patch. Can anyone else also confirm this?
