Jibshe-Wanagan 79: New Issue from Old Lodge?

Here is an item far removed from what I usually comment on here.
I’ve been spending some time over the last few weeks cataloging some patches for a friend of mine who recently acquired a very large collection of OA items. He will be splitting them up for resale. In the collection is the flap pictured here from Jibshe-Wanagan 79. From what I can see it has neither been listed in any of the six previous editions of Blue Book nor been pictured on this site.
This lodge merged in 1975 with Nakida Naou 401 to form Nacha Tindey 25. It surprised me to find something that escaped being listed for over 32 years.
