Lodge 237: ArrowCorps5 Patches
Robert Mathis recently sent me these images, but is a bit short on free time to write a blog post for them.
Aal-Pa-Tah lodge has recently issued several patches for this Summer’s ArrowCorps5 events. The first of these of these is the flap pictured here. It is a modernized variation on their traditional alligator on a log design. I have labeled this flap S93.
Several odd shapes were also issued.
The lodge issued a pentagonal patch, listed on this site as X55, sold to help raise funds for the lodge’s brothers attending these events. The design is very similar to the lodge’s 2008 year patch.
Robert also sent images of three chevrons, intended to be worn underneath the ArrowCorps5 flap. These are for the George Washington and Jefferson, Mark Twain, and Bridger-Teton locations. I have tentatively listed these as X56 through X58.
I do not yet know if there are also chevrons for the other two locations.

I am chief of Chickagami 180. We were wondering if we are allowed to use official logos or pictures from the order of the arrow national site. I noticed this lodge has. Please reply about this issue.
It’s been my understanding that lodges can use the logos, indica, service marks, etc. designed and used by the National OA, unless otherwise specifically forbidden.
Since National now has to approve all patch designs, if this is a problem I would expect the design to be rejected.
