There is a new comprehensive website for those who collect camp patches. Earlier today, Bill Topkis announced on patch-l:

Jeff Morley and I would like to announce the launch of our new website;
CampCollection.com . If you share our passion for Camp patches and Camp
honor societies we are sure you will enjoy having a look around.

This is an opportunity for Scout collectors to trade for rare patches and
other items including honor society and pre-OA society items from their
favorite camps. We have decided to offer items out of our extensive Camp
patch collections and Pre-OA collections in trade for other things we
collect.
