Lodge 560: 2008 Dixie Fellowship Flaps

Eswau Huppeday lodge issued two different flaps for this year’s Dixie Fellowship. Even though they appeared the week before at the SR-7B Conclave, I thought I would hold off on a blog post for them until I got to all the other Dixie issues. Roger Ward and Greg Grimes brought these by my home so I could scan them for this site.
The first flap, pictured, is a depiction of “Eswau World”. The design was inspired by the relative proximity of this year’s conclave location to Carowinds.
The second flap is intended to depict the lodge’s theme and features a cartoon version of a moose. I was told what their theme was, but don’t remember.

The Eswau Huppeday theme is based on National Lapoon’s Vacation. The park is Wally World and worked real well with carowinds.
