1967 Area 6-A Fellowship
The eight lodges of Area 6-A returned to Camp Raven Knob for their 1967 Area Fellowship. They had previously met there in 1956 and 1962. Wahissa 118 was the host lodge .
The patch issued for this event is shown here. As had become customary, Wahissa’s totem, the calumet, figures prominently in the patch design just below the bonnet.
There was also a neckerchief issued for this meeting. The basic design of this piece is nearly identical to the pocket patch. As with the other conclave neckerchiefs, this piece is rarer than the pocket patch but not as widely collected.
Lastly, there was also a leather neckerchief slide issued for this event. The printed design on this piece is similar to the neckerchief.
Wahissa lodge collectors are an active bunch. Many of them avidly pursue any item related to their camp or lodge. Beyond local demand neither item is particularly valuable. Be patient and diligent and these pieces can be found affordably.

This single statement took the scientific world by storm. It completely revolutionized it. So many mathematical conferences got held in such good restaurants that many of the finest minds of a generation died of obesity and heart failure and the science of math was put back by years."

That neckerchief design has a little bit of a DSA vibe to it, no?
