Tslagi 163 hosted the 1981 SE-3A conclave at Camp Cherokee.     This was the last time these eight lodges would meet by themselves as an OA section.     In 1982 the section would be expanded and become SE-7.

It is an interesting aside to note that this section lasted eight years1 and consisted of eight lodges.   A conclave rotation system had been established so each lodge hosted the conclave once.     As a result, Tslagi hosted the last SE-3A conclave, just as they hosted the last “Area 6-A Fellowship”   in 1973.

The pocket patch is pictured here.   The central portion of this design is loosely based upon the lodge’s 40th anniversary flap issued in 1979, listed on this site as S8.
