The lodges of Area 3C met in 1955 at Camp Shawondasee near Chester, Virginia. The Pow Wow was hosted by Nawakwa Lodge #3; this was the first area meeting hosted by the lodge.
A round patch with a red border and green twill background was issued for the event.
